Christmas dresses you can wow the guys with!

Trending christmas dresses you can wow the guys with!

So, someone utters the word christmas and it either springs fear into mothers and fathers minds, or it brings happiness and excitement to childrens, teens and adults minds! All for one reason.. yep, you’ve guessed it;PARTIES. Labeled as the ‘party season’ for a reason, christmas is the perfect time to get those heels and dresses out, throw some slap on and get on the dance floor. Here’s some trending popular dresses you can wow the guys with this festive season:

Sequin
Probably the first thing you think of in relation to festive fabrics is gold and silver tinsel. Unfortunately no one has had the amazing idea of creating a tinsel dress (invention opportunity anyone?). But luckily someone has invented the sequin dress, and what an invention it is. Available in a range of colours, shapes and sizes, you’re sure to find a shape to make you feel all sparkly inside. The most popular shapes for a sequin dress is the classic fitted sleeved dress and the classic bandau sleeveless and strapless dress. And in a range of colours, its not limited to just christmas and new year, you can wear it whenever, and to whatever event you want!

LBD
Ah, the Little Black Dress, how we adore you. This dress is what it says on the tin. A dress that goes with anything, you can wear to anything, with anyone for however long you like but the dress can be as short as you like… anyway. It’s the pasta of the fashion world, and whether its a dinner party, or a Christmas do; you can be sure that the LBD will keep you looking divalicious all night!  Team with coloured killer heels for a sophisticated and simple look!

Metallic
We’ve covered gold and silver sequin dresses, but not plain metallic frocks. Not a dress for the shy, this figure hugging, ‘wet look’ dress style is a definite hotty if worn right. Available with long sleeves, short sleeves or no sleeves, finding a look thats right for you is a no brainer this christmas. Team with black heels and either tights or no tights for a sleek festive look. Ideal if you want to stick out in a crowd.

Belted Dress
Available in a huge rage of coloures, from simple beige, to shocking red, purple’s and beyond. Above the waist is a fitted shift dress, with a thin belt seperating the floaty skirt from the top of the dress. This dress is particularly good for women who don’t like really tight frocks, but still want to show off what they’ve got. The belt clinches in the waist, showing it off and giving the illusion of a thinner, more hour glass figure. The floaty skirt gives a little more sophistication and a break from those bum hugging bandau’s we all wore during the spring/summer months. Team with some simple heels and if the dress is black; some coloured tights.

Cut Out
A must have for those girls in need of a little sex appeal. These dresses literally have bits cut out of them, showing a little more skin than one would usually do with a normal shift dress for example. Most popular styles include cut out sides (both sides), a cut out heart shape just above the bust (revealing the cleavage) or cut out pretty much anywhere on the dress and then a thinner more translucent mesh insert put where the hole would be, so flesh is shown, but not completely. Having worn a cut out dress myself, I can give my personal opinion that showing that little extra bit of skin is a definite confidence boost, even for a curvier woman, so is a must have dress!
