How to get rid of acne

When I was a teen I used to suffer with having a lot of acne! It was such a pain I tried every trick in the book to get rid of it! So I would like to tell you some of the best tips I found what worked for me and hopefully will work for you. Eating Healthy!
Eating healthily has a massive impact on your skin, there was a study done in December of 2011 what said that only 26% of people in the USA and the UK only eat 2 of the recommended daily amounts per day. This is a significant low percentage what means that most of us are not getting the recommended daily amount to keep our bodies healthy and to prevent acne. When I had acne, i’m going to be honest, I wasn’t eating the right type of foods and really did not think anything about it until it was brought to my attention. I know it can become extremely difficult for people to consume a daily diet on a regular basis, but this is something what really helped me decrease my acne and it did make me feel better about myself due to losing weight and also feeling more energetic and the most importantly reducing my acne.
Here are the best food’s what worked for me to reduce my acne:
Vegetables
I was told that vegetables hold a property what is vitamin B this is something what is used by your hair, nails and skin cells. I was eating vegetables but not on a regular basis, but when i pushed myself to eat them regularly then I saw a reduce in my acne. I was so motivated to get rid of my acne that I started to eat a small salad everyday and it really worked for me and I started to see results! Within my salad I had broccoli, Lettuce, spinach and tomatoes and on every Friday I used to make it fun by adding one egg to that salad (LOL), and for me this really work.
Milk and Dairy Products
Why are these type of food’s important? Well, these type of products carry a property what is known as vitamin A. Vitamin A is used by your body to help repaired damaged skin cells so in turn eating many dairy products can help your skin repair quickly against the damage what acne may have caused. I made dairy products as part of my balanced diet on top of having m y salad once a day, I was drinking a lot of milk and eating yoghurt what are really good sources of vitamin A. Please don’t just go to the shop and buy loads of milk and yogurt make sure that you see how much vitamin A is in it, I always went with the highest one with the most vitamin A intake!
Water
YES WATER!!! I know above I talked about the best foods to eat but im going to sneak this one in here! When I had acne I never used to drink bottled water mainly due to the taste, but yes, I was a teen and never thought this could be effecting me. Drinking water flushes out toxins what can be stored in the skin, the water helps reduce the toxin levels and gives you healthy skin. Drinking water really helped me out a lot with getting rid of my acne, just to give you an idea of how much I was drinking it was 4/5 bottles of water per day.
With putting all the correct stuff inside your body you must take care of it on the outside. Rather then buying all these expensive products what “claims” to get rid of your acne in a matter of days I just clean my face twice a day. It was really that simple I used to get a flannel and some soap and just used to clean my face! The reason why I did this was to reduce the build up of the toxins in my skin from what the water had flushed out, and from every day activity what may have helped to develop my acne further, and we DON’T want that!
